Use CalmLoop responsibly, pay manually when you choose to continue, and keep your account credentials safe. Your tasks and notes remain your content.
Account and Payment
- New accounts receive a one-month free trial.
- Monthly pricing is $1 per month; yearly pricing is $10 per year. The implemented Indian prices are ₹99 monthly and ₹999 yearly; the implemented international prices are $1 monthly and $10 yearly.
- Payments are initiated manually and processed by Razorpay. CalmLoop does not automatically renew or charge a card at the end of a period.
- You may move from a monthly plan to a yearly plan. A yearly-to-monthly downgrade is not offered during the yearly period.
- Payments cover the selected period. Contact support promptly if a payment was made in error.
Acceptable Use
Use CalmLoop for lawful personal productivity. Do not use the service for illegal activity, spam, abuse, attempts to compromise the service, or activity that harms other users. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended.
Your Content
- You retain ownership of tasks, notes, and files you create in CalmLoop.
- CalmLoop uses that content only as needed to provide and support the service.
- Self-service export and account deletion are not currently available in Settings. Send access, correction, or deletion requests to info@algozasolutions.com.
Subscription Expiry
After a trial or subscription expires, existing tasks remain viewable, but creating new tasks or notes is disabled until renewal. There is no automatic renewal charge and no contractual commitment to purchase another period.
Service Availability
CalmLoop is provided as an online service. Interruptions, maintenance, or errors may occur, and continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Reasonable efforts will be made to restore service when an issue occurs.
Limitations
To the extent allowed by applicable law, CalmLoop is provided “as is.” Algoza Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for CalmLoop during the preceding 12 months.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes may be communicated by email or in the application. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Nanded, Maharashtra.
